Burnout Programme

In this intensive 10-session burnout coaching program, you will:
1.  Understand and explore your current state
2.  Work with your back story
3.  Gain clarity on, and articulate your goals, dreams, frustrations, fears and obstacles
4.  Gain a better understanding of your thought processes and how your thinking patterns
     (Mindset) create a perfect system to get you to a point of burnout (your values, frustrations,
     fears and obstacles)
5.  Explore your boundary management
6.  Con
nection to yourself
7.  Gain a better understanding of your perspective of your worldview and relationships
8.  Complete four (4) valid and reliable assessments that will provide in-depth insights into your
     positive and negative psycho-social functioning;
9.  Work through your limiting beliefs; deep seated frustrations and stress factors;
10. Create a space where you can learn to reconnect with the true self and how to participate in
      your own active recovery
11. learn effective stress management techniques and other tools to help you to create a future
      where your wellness is a priority and to ensure that you perform at an optimal level and
      ultimately reach a flow-state; (Boundary management, neurogenic tremors , breathing exercises,

      body mapping, gratitude and reflective practice, journaling, following the wellness platter, vision
      board)
12. Receive high level psycho-education so that you can not only understand your own
      functioning better, but also that of your team, family and friends;
13. Get to a point where you have new energy to look at your goals and how to reach them
      (Working with your creative side)
14. Revisit your goals - reflect on how you see it differently and work on a way forward

Stress Release - Tremor Sessions  

Incorporated into the Burnout Program or can be booked separately

What are Neurogenic Tremors:

 

The psoas muscles is involved in our fight, flight and freeze reaction to a stressor and or trauma. The emotional symptoms of chronic stress and trauma are generally expressed as anxiety, fear, dread or depression and on a cognitive level, can play out as problems with learning and memory, unrealistic worries, fear of loss of control, behaviour symptoms such as avoidance, aggression or freezing.  The Neurogenic tremors can be beneficial to the body by providing the system with mechanical somatosensory stimulation, that will not only re-tune the nervous system but also release the psoas muscle in the process. The non-invasive movements will be stretched, activated and relaxed during  the session.
